Abdul Bari (Aged 55) a descendant of Syed Ibrahim Malik Baya, was born on 1892 in Kansua, Bihar, India. He was an Indian academic and social reformer who aimed to bring about social change in Indian society through education. His vision was to create a society that was free from slavery, social inequality, and communal disharmony. Bari actively participated in the Indian freedom movement and ultimately sacrificed his life for the cause.
In 1937, he made his first historic agreement with TISCO (now Tata Steel) Management. However, he was shot near Fatuah Railway Crossing and passed away on March 28, 1947, at Peermohani Qabristan in Patna, India.
