Syed Shah Muhammad Ozair Munemi (Aged 62) was born in Phulwarisharif, Bihar, India, in 1899. He actively participated in the Indian independence movement.
In 1934, Munemi was appointed as the Chairman of Bihar Central Relief Committee of Congress. However, during 1942-44, he was arrested and first held in Patna Jail and then transferred to Hazaribagh Central Jail.
Munemi served as the President of Patna District Congress Committee from 1940 to 1941. During his tenure, he donated 8-10 katthas of land near Congress Maidan in KadamKuan to the Bihar provincial Congress Committee in 1946. He passed away by 1961 in Bihar, India.
