Vishnu Sharan Dublish (Aged 87) was born on October 2, 1899, in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. He participated in the Non-Cooperation Movement of 1921 and later joined the Hindustan Republican Association/Army. Dublish was convicted in the Kakori Conspiracy case and spent almost 18 years in jails, including 8 years in Andamans. He was a member of the Constituent Assembly in 1946 and later a Member of Parliament from 1957 to 1962. He passed away by died on 17 November 1986.
